Sound Bath Relaxation

Experience the alchemy of sound and stillness. With 13 years of experience in facilitating space for sound relaxation, we bring to you our skills and set of amazing instruments. Picture yourself comfortably wrapped in a soft blanket with all the support that your body needs to be able to relax and let go of any stress. Bathed in the candlelight and sound of gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and blissful melodies this experience will transport you into another realm.

Mindfulness Meditation

Stillness and silence are important parts of our life. This is when we really can attend to ourselves with greater awareness of the present moment, our body and mind. 

Without it, we keep running and depleting our energy, unaware of the needs of our body and heart. We need stillness in our lives to process our emotions, thoughts, and busyness of everyday life.

During this retreat, we will mindfully move and use our bodies to learn how to be gentle with them and support ourselves during tension and pain. We will introduce basic mindfulness meditations and show you how to practice them in different positions if you struggle with back pain, anxiety, or fatigue. We will have a delicious dinner and practice mindful eating to learn how to bring awareness to our daily sensory experiences.
