SOUND BATH REFUND POLICY
 

  • If you need to cancel your ticket for any reason and you do it 48h before the event starts, we will refund 50% of the total ticket fee.

  • If you cannot attend the session due to the COVID symptoms or close contact notification and you can provide an SMS message of booked PCR or HSE antigen test or close contact notification, we will refund the 50% of your total ticket's fee less booking charges if you inform us 24 h before the session.

  • Tickets can be transferred to another name, so if you cannot attend, you can give your ticket to someone else. Please let us know about this before the session, so we can change the name on the ticket.

  • Tickets canceled less than 24h before the session are not refundable or transferable.

If we need to cancel the session due to government advice or personal issues, we will refund the full amount paid for the ticket.

MASSAGE AND PRIVATE TREATMENTS REFUND POLICY

  • Massage and private treatments can be canceled 24h before the appointment with a full refund. Bookings canceled with less than 24h notice are subjected to no refund.
