Sound Bath Relaxation in Galway

 Join us for a 75-minute sound bath session using gongs and singing bowls to help you relax and unwind. You'll lie down on mats, wrapped in blankets, while soothing sounds guide you into deep rest.

What to Expect Wear loose, comfy clothes and simply relax as the sounds of gongs and singing bowls wash over you. You might feel tingling, warmth, or gentle vibrations—this is normal. Some people reach a meditative state, while others may drift in and out of rest.

We'll start with a guided body scan or breath meditation and finish with a short compassion meditation. Afterward, you'll feel relaxed, rejuvenated, and calm.

• Yoga mat or something to lie on comfortably. 
• Blanket for warmth

• If you have back or knee problems please bring some extra cushioning for extra comfort

• Certain Mental Health Conditions: Those with schizophrenia or some cases of PTSD may need to avoid sound baths. If unsure, please consult us.
• Acute Illness: Please avoid attending if you have a fever, flu, or contagious infection.
• Drugs or Alcohol: The sessions are alcohol and drug-free to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
